Quality Equipment Inc. Parts Return Policy
- A receipt is required for all refunds and exchanges within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Refunds will not be issued for merchandise returned without a receipt.
- Merchandise must be undamaged, unopened, and in it's original packaging. Some items are NOT returnable, including electrical parts.
- There will be a 25% restocking charge on all returned items.
- Defective items will be replaced with the same items ONLY.
- Refunds will be based on original payment type.
- All special orders must be secured with a 50% down payment.
- All phone orders must be picked up/shipped within five business days.
